The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard, with the following known issues.

Known Issues:

  1. Links with different destinations (WCAG 2.0 A 2.4.4) - Affects pages such as the FAQ page that has multiple 'read more' links.
  2. Adjacent links (WCAG 2.0 A 1.1.1) - Two hyperlinks performing the same function next to each other - affects the blog sidebar links.
  3. Link purpose (WCAG 2.0 A 2.4.4) - Affects the blog site where some links are not descriptive.
  4. Duplicate alt text (WCAG 2.0 A 1.1.1) - Affect the blog, where some images are generated automatlically and use the blog title, resulting in duplicates.

PDFs and other documents

Most of the PDF documents on the website are downloadable versions of accessible website content. For example we offer PDF Datasheets which provide information about our devices, but as an alternative to website documents, these may not be accessible. We are currently working on fixing these essential documents or replacing them with accessible html web pages.

The accessibility regulationsdo not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018if they’re not essential to providing our services.

Third-party content

Our websites contain third-party content. We do not have control over and are not responsible for the accessibility of this content, but we make best endeavours to work with the third-party to improve its accessibility. This may include:
