Allows 4 SATA drives to be connected to 1 external multilane connector. Supports transfer speeds of up to 6Gbps. Metal bracket with mounting holes. SCSI-I (50 Way Centronics) form factor. External multilane Mini-SAS SFF8088 connector for connecting to an external SAS/SATA storage system. This multilane adapter board can be used with an external drive enclosure to allow up to four SATA hard disks to be connected. A single multilane cable links the board to your host system. Mounted on a metal bracket. the SCSI-I (50 Way Centronics) form factor makes it ideal for upgrading older drive enclosures to use new high speed SAS/SATA drives.
