The PE2850 slide rail kit is an alternative to the Dell rail kits. This slide rail kit provides two advantages over the Dell rail kit. This rail kit has a much broader installation depth range than the Dell rail kit. This rail kit also reduces the overall installation depth from 36" down to 31.5" (914.4 mm to 800 mm). If the original Dell rails have been lost, damaged, or are no longer available, then this rail kit provides the solution to installing your Dell PE2850. The PE2850 rail kit comes with complete cable management. The cable management arm reduces the installation depth required by the PE2850 by a full 3.5" (89 mm).
