Compared to 96-level 3D NAND, this density greatly improves memory efficiency, and the integrated DRAM cache allows for faster access. The SSD470K is factory tested to ensure high reliability in mission-critical applications, 3K Program/Erase cycle life, and an operating temperature of -20℃-75℃.
