Sustainability - Making a Digital Difference
At Converge, being a responsible business is about more than words. It’s about having an overarching vision that guides everything we do and having the drive to put that vision into practice.
Doing the right thing by our customers, employees, and communities is central to our vision, but being able to demonstrate exactly how we’re doing it is just as important. That’s what our Making a Digital Difference (MADD) sustainable framework is all about, and we’re now embarking on phase two of MADD, which we’re calling Digital Horizons.

A history of sustainable innovation
Our focus on sustainability has been years in the making. For 35 years, Converge has been supporting our customers, colleagues and communities to be more environmentally and socially responsible.
Back in 2012, we made a major investment to bring IT recycling in-house, and by 2016, we added IT refurbishment to our services, creating the Stone Refurb brand in 2020 and introducing our award-winning Stone 360 IT recycling app. In 2025, we were crowned as the number one IT Refurbishment business globally.
Our people focus has grown to encompass a whole range of policies, accreditations and evolution in our company culture to make Converge a diverse, welcoming and progressive place to work. We’re also continually building relationships with like-minded customers, suppliers and charities to be a force for good in society.
