I have 2FA setup on my account. How can I sign in?

How you gain access to your account depends on whether you have an organisation Microsoft Office/365 account.

After clicking Sign in with an organisation account Microsoft account holders who have recently visited the site will be asked to approve their login using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Microsoft account holders who have not recently visited the site will be asked to enter their email address and password before being prompted to approve their login using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Customers without a Microsoft account, will be instructed through a process of account verification, followed by approval of their login using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
