Consumers and Business customers can sign up for an account with Converge. Both account types have unique features and applications.
A general customer account can pay by card for orders. This is the basic account type and sufficient enough for a single user. A business account has access to added features and benefits suited to multiple users with e-procurement at the heart of this account type.
- Customers with a Microsoft/365 account will be instructed to sign in to Microsoft then follow the 2FA setup.
- Users without a Microsoft/365 account will be instructed through the process of account verification followed by the 2FA setup.
How you gain access to your account depends on whether you have an organisation Microsoft Office/365 account.
